Since your ticket is valid for three consecutive days of touring, you'll have complete flexibility in visiting some of Toronto’s best sights, attractions, shopping areas, and unique cultural districts. Highlights include: CN Tower, SkyDome, Casa Loma, Queens Park, Yorkville, Chinatown, and Toronto Harbor tours.

Gray Line's double decker buses run two loops throughout the Toronto:

Downtown Loop: Beginning at Nicholby's Souvenir shop (located on the coner of Front and York streets), this loop stops at such notable attractions as the Hockey Hall of Fame, the CN Tower, and Casa Loma.

Uptown Loop: Beginning at Yonge/Dundas Square, this loop features stops at Casa Loma, the Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Eaton Centre, Olympic Spirit, Maple Leaf Gardens, and the trendy neighborhood of Yorkville.

(During the winter months, the Uptown and Downtown loops are combined into one fully narrated city tour.)

Departure location:
The tour begins from either Nicholby's Souvenir Shop (123 Front St. W.) or at the corner of Yonge and Dundas streets. You may join the tour at any of the points along the route. Redemption Details

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
You must call Gray Line Toronto at least 24 hours prior to your arrival; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). This final step is required to confirm your tour date and time. On day of tour, present voucher and photo ID to the Gray Line driver at the Nicholby’s Souvenir Store departure location in exchange for service.
